This modern and minimalist villa, built in late 2009, has its own pools, exterior and interior (can be heated), each with their own whirpool. The outdoor area is fully equipped to enjoy life outdoors, including a barbecue.
This villa is located in the area of Son Bou, situated a few meters from the St. James Club. The area includes a large variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supemercados, bowling, disco and children's entertainment.

Chambre

The main floor of this villa has two bedrooms with two beds, and their respective wardrobe, plus a bathroom. On the first floor is a spacious suite with bathroom, whirpool and a room with two beds and a bathroom. The ground floor has a double room and their respective locker, plus a bathroom.

Sport

On the beach you can do sports such as banana boating, diving and pedalo.
