Everything was as agreed and expected. The washing machine was not there due to repairs but the contact person took care of our laundry. We loved the place, the area, the city, the food and its people. We will be back sometime in the future by all means!!!

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, unsere Kontaktperson Isabel wohnt gleich nächste Tür und hat noch gute Tipps geben können. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen zum Erkunden der Stadt und der weiteren Umgebung. Sie liegt in einer schön ruhigen kleinen Gasse. Ein Supermarkt , der auch Samstags bis nach 20.00 geöffnet hat, ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Alles, was wir brauchten war da, auch wenn die Küchenutensilien tatsächlich etwas "alternativ" zusammengestellt/angeordnet sind. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Barcelona. Beatrix

May be small for 4 persons... Although for 2 persons, this is a fantastic studio in a great neighborhood. A perfect location to visit Barcelona. With a nice bar in front of the appartement. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. Everything was spotless clean when we arrived.

It\'s not big, but is has everything you need for a short stay in Barcelona. A supermarkt and some nice food markets are nearby, as is a metro station. Don't miss the charming squares nearby. They are quite nice to have a drink, and there aren\'t many tourists in this neightbourhood.

De Loft-Garcia is een prima startpunt voor een stedentrip in en om Barcelona. Hoewel er geadverteerd wordt dat het de mogelijkheid biedt aan 4 personen lijkt mij dit wat veel, voor 2 personen is het echter prima. De aansluiting op de metro is perfect en Ramblas en centrum zijn op een kwartiertje loopafstand. De gastvrouw is erg behulpzaam en de vooral de airco is erg fijn gezien de zomerse temperaturen. Wil je een beetje luxe maar hoeft niet alles chic de friemel dan is dit een ideale plaats om je vakantie te starten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement bien situé, petit mais bien agencé avec l'électroménagé nécessaire. Très bonne accueil de la propriètaire. A noté : l'état et la propreté des couvertures laissaient à désirer.

Cet appartement correspondait globalement à ce qui était décrit et est très bien situé, le contact et l'accueil ont été tout à fait satisfaisant. Par contre, je regrette le fait qu'il n'ait pas été chauffé avant notre arrivée, que les literies sont très médiocres et les couvertures beaucoup tâchées et que cet appartement dégage une très forte odeur d'humidité qui m'a obligée à laver l'ensemble de notre linge au retour.

This Holliday appartment is small but nicely renovated and in good shape. The only negativ point is that the 'kitchen' is a little unorganized but if you only eat breakfast there it's not that bad. All in all we had a excellent time in Barcelona and the contact person was very frendly answell. Barcelona is a wonderfull place.

Hi, the location was fantastic and lent itself well for exploring. I was ill during my stay and the accomodation was clean. We were a party of 2 and I feel that unless like closeness the apartment would be to crowded for 4 people. The stairs kept me reasonably fit but the lighting in the stair well was dim.
