Man sollte sich den Fahrstuhl erklären lassen, nach zweimaligen feststecken, sind wird in den 8.Stock die restliche Zeit gelaufen. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung optimal.

All the arrangements and everything went really well for us. The apparment is a bit further from the center - but generally in Barcelona everything is quite close to a metro stop. We loved the appartment. It's a bit small, but just enough for 4 adult-sized persons. And location is perfect and very safe.

Die Wohnung ist einfach nett. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Sauberes Haus, einmaliger Fahrstuhl und die Straßenbahn um die Ecke.

This was the best housing we had during our month-long trip in Europe. The location is super, the apartment very comfy and relaxing. Maria Luisa is great, and made us feel very welcome. I'm already planning our trip there next year.

Barcelona & Unterkunft waren einfach Klasse. Wir hatten von der Ferienwohnung, ehrlich gesagt, weniger erwartet. Zwar klein, aber fein, sauber und ordentlich. Durch die bekanntgabe einer Handynummer hätten und hatten wir immer die Möglichkeit mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt zu treten. Ein bisschen Englisch hilft da schon sehr gut. Ein kleiner Tip von uns: 1.)Es sollte in der Bestätigung die Hausnummer, Etage & Wohnungsnummer bekanntgegeben werden. 2.)Für anreisende mit dem Flugzeug: Kaufen sie sich im Flughafen schon die Barcelona-Card für 1-5 Tage.Es lohnt sich. Benutzen sie anschliessend den Zug zum Estació Saints ( Der Bahnanschluss befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Ausganges vom Flughafen. Entweder gehen sie quer über dem Parkplatz oder benutzen die dafür vorgesehene Brücke, die sie über die Abflughalle B erreichen. Anschliessend gehen sie in der Bahnhofshalle zur Metro und steigen in die Metro L3 ( grün )in Richtung Zona Universitària bis zur Station Maria Christina. Verlassen sie dort die U-Bahnstation und sie werden auf einem der Mittelstreifen der Strasse Avinguda Diagonal die Schienen der Tram entdecken. Steigen sie in die Tram T1,T2-oder T3 ( alle fahren dort zur Endstelle )bis zur Endstelle Placa Francesc Marciá. Indem sie in der Tram ganz hinten einsteigen, sehen sie beim Aussteigen, wenn sie nach rechts schauen, einen Fussgängerüberweg mit Ampel. Sie können dann dierekt in die Carrer Diagonal hineinsehen und stehen direkt vor dem Haus ihrer Unterkunft. Wir wünschen allen die dort sind, so schöne Tage, wie wir sie hatten. Viel Spaß in Barcelona und in ihrer Unterkunft.

Wir waren für ein Monat in dieser Wohnung in Barcelona und muss sagen, es hat alles super gepasst. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett, die Wohnung schön und die Lage der Wohnung auch gut gelegen. Das Einzige zu bemängeln ist vielleicht der Lift, der allerdings mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun hat, da er sehr klein ist und sicher nicht ganz den neuesten Sicherheitsstandards entspricht ;-). Ansonsten war die Wohnung top!

good location, safe area, showing a little wear from past residents but generally value for money as a base to explore Barca, tour bus stops right outside practically on the Diagonal. Shopping centre nearby.

Gunstig gelegen, sfeervol appartement. Bus Turistic stopt om de hoek. Kinderen vonden de ouderwetse lift prachtig! Appartement is wel wat minder luxe/modern dan foto's en beschrijving doen vermoeden. Contactpersoon/eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk.

Maria has a lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean. A couple of little marks on the walls could do with a touch up of paint. Only on these points, otherwise I would have given the apartment 5 stars. My friends have been asking about my visit and I would have no problems recommending this apartment.
