The bathroom, equipped with textile of Marimeko and with faucets of the best quality, is made of natural marble and has a small bath.

The 60 m2 apartment is situated in a first floor with elevator (Be aware of a few steps).

Capacity for 1-4 people: 1 double room (optional: 1 or two beds, Dining room with sofa-bed, kitchen of vitroceramic and 1 complete bathroom. The apartment has Hot/Cold air Conditioning, WIFI and Satellite Channel.

The La Casa de Les Lletres Building has been restored combining design and literary tradition, a collection of books complement the literary spirit. Each apartment is dedicated to an author with a special relationship with the city. Its location, in front of Port Vell, between the Gothic neighborhood and the Born, and five minutes from the beach of the Barceloneta, is ideal to enjoy the city.

The building has a Restaurant-Bar, is endowed with safety box, and cameras in every floor. We offer cleaning service (under request).

For Long Stays (one month or more: Gaz, electricty,etc, won't be included.
