The apartment is situated in a pedestrian street, beside the Paral.lel, near the Theater Apollo.
The town center and the Ramblas are at a few minutes walking.

There is a public parking right in front of the street. The street is calm and safe, and has very near stores, restaurants and theaters.

The apartment has direct entry from the street and a courtyard with plantas.
The room is wide and cooking|kitchen individual.La has a double sofa-bed and a bed is separate. There is an independent bedroom with big bed and armario.
The apartment is provided with bed linens and bath towels, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and with all what is necessary for its convenient stay. Entries after 8PM will have a surcharge of 25 € Entries after 11Pm will have a surcharge of 40 € Check Out before 9am will have a surcharge of 25 € And before 07:00 will have a surcharge of 40 €

È uno dei quartieri più antichi e caratteristici di Barcellona. Situato a sinistra delle las Ramblas, tra P.za Catalunya e il mar, presenta numerosi luoghi d'interesse, come il Teatro dell'Opera "Liceu", il Museo Marittimo, il Mercato della Boquería, il Palazzo Guell, il museo MACBA o il Centro di Cultura Contemporanea. Offre un'intensa vita notturna, con numerosi, bar e nightclub. È stato per decenni il quartiere forse più degradato della Città Vecchia, ma gli interventi urbani del Comune lo stanno trasformando in una zona di moda. L'agitata vita notturna del Raval può rappresentare un inconveniente per chi cerca tranquillità o viaggia con bambini piccoli.
