The air-conditioned establishment was renovated in two stages, with the second stage completed in 2010, and it comprises a total of 21 guest rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a bicycle hire service, information on the restoration of the area, a laundry service (fees apply), room service and car hire. The café, bar and breakfast room are reserved for guests of the hotel.
The guesthouse is located near to the beach in a central location in Tossa de Mar, a town on the Costa Brava. It enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate and a picturesque landscape, with a wide range of services and seafood cuisine. Girona is approximately 45 km from the hotel.
