Appartement: Guitert-Barceloneta Beach

This sunny loft apartment of 34 square metres is located on the 2nd floor of an authentic Barceloneta building. It is only a minute from the beach and the old harbour. Neighbourhoods such as Gothic Quarter, El Born and the old city centre are within walking distance as well.

 The building itself has recently been renovated but the characteristic style of the apartment has been preserved such as its very charmingly decorated and narrow stairs. The apartment has been furnished and decorated with a great eye for detail.

There is a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed which can provide additional sleeping space for two children or one adult. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has a dining table seating four.

Location

Beachside Barceloneta is undoubtedly the most authentic of the city's districts with countless traditional cafes and seafood restaurants to be found in the tiny streets, around the marina and on the beachfront. The vibrant Born district with its boutiques, tapas bars and nightlife is only a 10-minute stroll away, with the rest of the Gothic Quarter only a further five-minute walk.
