| [/omit] Durch Schwierigkeiten mit dem Server haben wir eine andere Wohnung zunächst gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen. Das konnte dann nicht eingehalten werden - man hat uns Alternativen angeboten, die aber deutlich kleiner und/oder teurer waren (also keine wirklichen Alternativen!). Da die Flüge gebucht waren, sind wir darauf eingegangen. MAN KAM UNS PREISLICH NICHT ENTGEGEN (obwohl der Fehler bei BarcelonaPoint war). Heute würden wir uns darauf nicht mehr einlassen. Aber das Geld für die Flüge bei einem Gericht in Barcelona einklagen ist eben zu schwierig. Deswegen: Minus! Als wir um 21.50 Uhr die Übernahme der Wohnung hatten, wollte man einen Zuschlag von 30 Euro haben, der vorher nicht erwähnt war. Im Vertrag stand auch deutlich drin, dass der Betrag erst NACH 22.00 Uhr anfällt. Es bedurfte einiger energischer Hinweise, dass dieses Gebahren nicht in Ordnung sei, bis man auf die 30 Euro (zurecht!) verzichtete. Auch dafür: Minus![/omit] Die E-Mail Kommunikation war hingegen sehr nett, spontan und freundlich (und in perfektem Deutsch)! Dafür: Sehr gut, DANKE! |
