This nice family flat with a surface of 50 m2 is located in the city center. Furniture and fittings are all quite new. The location is quiet and extremely well communicated with every means of transport. The metro and train station of Arc de Triomf is only 100 m. away. Trains arrive there directly from the airport and there are many bus lines that take you all around the city. The beach is only 10 minutes away by metro or bus, or a nice 15-20 minute walk through the Ciutadella park.

The apartment is spacious and charming and accommodates upto four people. It has nice wooden floors. There's one double room with a comfortable double bed and there's an extra double sofa bed in the cosy living room. There's a dining area with a large kitchenette, fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a washing machine, fridge, oven, vitroceramics, etc. The modern bathroom has bath, shower and toilet.
