The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin, both with access to a quiet balcony. A living-dining area with sofa bed (available from 5 people) and access to a sunny balcony equipped with a small table and chairs. A bathroom with shower and a large fully equipped kitchen complete the apartment. The flat is acclimated to summer and winter. On the top floor of the same building there’s a private terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, awning articulated and water hose. You may enjoy it upon request subject to availability on reservation. You are not allowed to enjoy the terrace at night to respect the rest of the neighbors.

The apartment is located in a new building located on a quiet street, facing a park, only 2 minutes away from the metro and the market of fresh products of Hostafrancs, 5 minutes from the main train station in Barcelona and 5 minutes from La Fira and Plaza España, with its famous fountains of Montjuic, filled with water and color.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and the building.

In the origins Sants was a long rural and royal road with a chapel dedicated to Saint Bartholomeu, the suffrage of the Saint Maria of the Kinds or of Pi. Wheat, vines and meat were the principal products mainly focused on the Barcelones market until the construction of a new road at the end of the XVIII, revitalizing the economic and constructive rhythm. Nowadays, Sants’ neighborhood is possibly the best connected and communicable area in Barcelona. The nerve centers are Plaza de España and Sants Station. Schlichte Möblierung, aber sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Insbesondere gute Betten. Die Wohnung würden wir sicherlich wieder einmal nehmen, wenn wir in Barcelona sind.

Appartement refait à neuf situé à 1 min du métro et en face d'un supermarché. Quartier calme avec marché et boutiques à proximité. Se situe à 5 min à pied de la plaza Espana. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le propriétaire nous a conseillé un parking à un prix convenable pour la semaine. Petits bémols, l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu léger (peu de plats, pas de d'ouvre boîtes, de tire bouchon...), et l'immeuble est un peu sonore. Avons passé une très bonne semaine !
